System Crash

Every time I start to fly in FSX i get about 5 minutes then the system starts to deteriorate(Graphics) then FSX completelty stops and freezes up.I HaveMicron Millenium P4 3GIGA1.5 Meg RamNvidia GeForce5600 Video Card.I suspect its the Video Card But I dont know.

Check your CPU temperature and your Power Supply Unit (PSU). I sorta had the same issues and discovered my PSU was coming up short. Had to upgrade to a more powerful unit. Just a thought.ClutchProject 9Dragons

You dont give too much detail about your card's RAM, however..A sure way to test the video card is to back off ALL your sliders (start at 25% setting and run the game again...A couple of other things to try:1. disable antivirus - or anything else running in the background.2. If you have on-board-audio, run 'dxdiag' from the start menu and back off the 'sound' to basic accelleration - I got these tips from this forum - so it pays to read!gl
