Vista CTD with FSX

I think I might have found a solution for the many crash to desktops that I have been having. Not sure if this will help everybody, but it seems to have helped me. I found this trying to figure out a problem with another game, and applied the same technique to FSX and it seems to work. I don't really understand what it does, so please make sure you read everything before you do anything and back up!Here is a link, remember it is being used for another game, so when you see XR_3DA.exe sub in FSX.exe if you want to try it.http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=89138Good luck,Chad

Thanks for posting this! This helped me out with my CTD. I was occasionally getting Out of memory crashes with FSX in Vista and this seemed to do the trick! Nice find! :-)
