CTD at startup (kernel32.dll)

Hi, whenever I try to start up FSX it shows the bootscreen (the blue one before it goes fullscreen), plays some music and then crashes.heres what the error report gives me:-----------------------AppName: fsx.exe AppVer: 10.0.61355.0 AppStamp:4643ee0aModName: kernel32.dll ModVer: 5.1.2600.3119 ModStamp:46239bd5fDebug: 0 Offset: 00018943-----------------------I have a Radeon 9200,and a Intel Pentium 4
