Online Simulation Solutions (O.S.S.): Gone?

Recommended Posts

Guest JTEK99

Just wondering if anyone knows what happened to Online Simulation Solutions (http://www.onlinesimulationsolutions.com). Their site has been down for a couple of weeks now (ditto for their forums). Are they experiencing technical difficulties or did they close up shop? Some others have mentioned the very same thing over at Flight1's forums as well (http://www.simforums.com/forums/forum_posts.asp?TID=19122). Anyone know what's up?

The thread's probably on page 2 now, but we'll be making an announcement soon, in the next week or so probably.

Ok, in order to avoid the continous 'when' questions, I'll push back the time to say: "when we can make an announcement, we'll do it"To also further avoid getting peoples' hopes up; no, the news is not good. We'll be letting everyone how they can still get replacement keys (for those that may need them in the future) soon once we get the details ironed out.Long story short is that we can't get our dev time to any where near inside of 3 years....that's not good for a business, or even a part time hobby for that matter.Official details later on folks.

Hi Jeff,I know we'll have to wait for official word, but if I may make a suggestion. If/when you do call it quits (I'm sorry to hear that), would it be possible to give your unfinished projects to another developer, so that they may finish them? I was really looking forward to the -120. REALLY looking forward to it. - Paul

We'll be sorting all those issues also.

If you're talking about the user uploads, no, sorry. We can't recover them.Anyone that uploaded freeware 120 textures can now upload them here to Avsim if they wish.
