Mixing and matching aircraft.cfg files...

Recommended Posts

Is there anything I need to know about using the aircraft.cfg for one aircraft and using it for another similar aircraft? For instance, I love the way my SMS MD-11 flies and would like to incooperate the same flight characteristics for my SEGA DC-10's since they are simliar type aircraft. Do you have to change both the aircraft.cfg AND the .air file? Any info appreciated.

the aircraft cfg is tied to the air is tied ot the mdl files.mixing and matching sometimes works ... and sometimes not. you can quickly give things a shot and see if you like the results -- easily done if you back things up before making any changes.--
