Rogue AI traffic - Help please

Recommended Posts

I have been running Adobe AI traffic for some time now. It provides excellent models and has minimal impact on my modest rig.Recently, I have noticed a number of AI aircraft which are obviously not part of the Adobe installation. Skinny wheels pentagonal engines etc.Is there any way I can identify which bgl file is producing these awful aircraft?I tried looking for bgl files in add-on scenery folders, but I just cannot determine where the problem aircraft are being created. Many thanks for any help.

The TrafficToolbox Explorer will identify the file name (and path) of individual AI aircraft. The TrafficToolbox.dll file in the MS SDK needs to be placed in your modules folder.http://www.microsoft.com/games/flightsimul...sdk.asp#trafficOne you have it in that folder, and restart FS and a FS flights - click on Tools on the top menu and open the Explorer. Right click on the column names across the top and select to view the traffic file name.

Hi,If you type 'traffic' into search I think all the bgls will show up (eventually) and you may be able to spot the rogue(s).Andy.---the response above is the proper way to do it!!

Fortunately / unfortunately - traffic files as just another scenery .bgl and do not require the word traffic in the file name, nor do they have to be in the Scenery/World/Scenery folder. That is the BEST/ PREFERRED naming and location, but there are an awful lot of airport and area sceneries being released with AI traffic files with different names and locations.
