Keep changing wind direction at FL330

I was flying A343 at FL330, the wind was fluctuating from 259/118(Tail) to 320/28(Head), as it kept changing, sometimes the A/C over-speed, finally the A/C overstessed when the wind JUMP to 330/49.So what should I do in the fluctuating condition

a payware version of FSUIPC will allow you to control (ie, slow) the speed of wind and direction changes. i use this with much success.if you begin to see changes to wind/direction slow the aircraft until things seem to 'calm.' (keep an eye out as FS can also change things so quickly the aircraft will 'stall' at the higher flight levels.)this wind/direction issues is a result of how FS weather 'zones' the world; and how FS merges weather zones. (the central USA has been really bad these past few days with changing winds. my aircraft w/out autothrottle keep me busy.)--

I had the same thing happen a few days ago, it was either the server or some screwy real world weather, it happened to me on a flight between KSFO and KLAX at FL 270.

There are two things you can do to smooth the sudden wind changes which FS9 throws at you but it does require you to have either or both of FSUIPC (registered) and Activesky6.5.In registered FSUIPC go to the winds page and the left pane is about smoothing. I have changed the wind changes near the aircraft to be 5 knots per second (so my figures from top to bottom) are 5 - 0 - 0. This seems OK for me but you will need to do some experimenting. On the same page you can also eliminate gusts in upper level winds etc.In Activesky6.5 you can also set wind options and ensure that it takes account of FSUIPC's wind smoothing. There are lots of other wind options as well.If you don't have registered FSUIPC or Activesky6.5 I don't think there is much you can do. Hi,Without FSUIPC you can still go to your advanced weather window and decrease your wind speed,direction and rate of change surely.You can add and subtract wind layers and fiddle about generally. None of the planes I use will fly at FL330! Lucky to get them into the air at all in fact; so I can't really help, but I spend a lot of time playing with all those settings and it's seems a really good part of the Sim IMHO. Andy.
