I have problem with PMDG_EXPRESS_B1900D.After downloading,the icon is white,and i can't installing the product.The system ask me for username and password.What username and what password?From PMDG,don't have any answer.Please,help me!

If I'm not mistaken, you have to create an account on the PMDG page to purchase their download products. Did you do that?Have you attempted to ask this question in the PMDG support forum located here:http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=show_topics&forum=136?

It sounds like the download got corrupted - redownload it and if it's still doing it after that, contact our support via email...

Could also be system permissions - is this a Windows dialog box? are you running XP or Vista, perhaps? You will need the local administrator account or an equivalent with permissions.Leo Godalming UKhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/supporter.jpg
