What is wrong with my FS9?

Recommended Posts

Guest PARADISE

Although it sounds like you are getting your CTD's quite often so this may not apply, remember that this is the time of year that we get "season change" CTD's (assuming you are using Real Time in FS). They effect some of us, especially when the season's change from fall to winter and winter to spring. No one knows for sure why they occur.I had one last night flying into KMCO from KORF. First one I've had since last March. I have not added any scenery, made any changes to FS or added any new a/c. It appears to have something to do with the " tree/vegetation scenery" files when they change from summer to fall to winter. I guess FS also hates to see summer end.John

Though this thread is old, I appreciate the help. I've since formatted my HD a few times and have not reinstalled FS due to my frustrations with it, both versions, but lately I have been missing FS and am thinking about reinstalling FS9 in all it's glory.Jeff
