Cruise altitude confusion in atc communication

When I fly a VFR flight plan that I've loaded in FS9, and I communicate with ATC, the pilot voice says the wrong cruise altitude. For example, I'll create a flight plan in FSNav with a cruise altitude of 5000 feet, export it to FS9, and load the plan as VFR. I'll be flying at 5000 feet, nowhere near any descent leg of the plan, but when I 'talk' to ATC the pilot voice will say something like, 'at 5000 feet, descending to 2100'. Where did the '2100' come from? I didn't set it in the flight plan, and I can't find anything in FSNav or FS9 that specifies this altitude anywhere, so why does the pilot voice keep using the wrong cruise altitude?Phil

Hi Phil,I don't use FSNav, so this is just a shot in the dark based on something similar I read the other day.Is there any chance that your FSNav flight plan is in metric, but FS9 interprets it as English? Or, the other way around?Regardless, let us know your solution to the problem. Regards,JerryH
