"You'll love it"I agree, it looks like a sleeper at first glance but it's a great add on with exceptional realistic flight dynamics and a VC that's a joy to fly with.Then there are the two other included aircraft in the package.

Hi Teeps,Some nice planes I occasionally use for bush flying, and they are freeware, are Milton Schupe and team's Aero Commander series. They are brilliantly modeled and textured and have wonderful panels. Also, someone mentioned Twin Otters - one of the finest bush planes IMO. Barry Blaisdell's crew (Premieraircraft) makes some nice Twotters. I have yet to download Holger's new scenery but will very soon. I hear it is amazing, but that would come as so great surprise.Adam

If you're looking for a good plane for getting in and out of those really tight spots, i.e. the SIRP areas added to Tongass and the small strips in Glacier Bay, I HIGHLY recommend the FSD Pilatus Porter. It is made for just this type of flying. It's not too slow during cruise so you can get to the locations without taking all day to get there and it can land and take off with incredible STOL abilities. As close to a helicopter as a plane that size can get. It can haul quite a load as well. I dusted this one off and have been flying it a lot since the release of both Glacier Bay and SIRP. Been having a blast with it. FSD did an outstanding job on this aircraft too.

Might not have the ski's or floats, and it isn't STOL either...But you can't beat the "view" from a bubble! ;) Been trying different adventures to what ever aircraft they default to, but usually switch to the sliding canopy. SF260.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/168471.jpg

Ya, SF260 would definitely qualify as the best for sight-seeing. Great cruise speed and handles beautifully. Guess I'll have to go take a view spins with it now :-lol

I'm kinda partial to Bill Lyons' Garwood Boat. It comes with the Sportsman Package that can be found in the libary.

For anyone who doesn't have Realair's superb Scout/Decathlon package, Airhead's Deke is a fantastic freeware option. It's one of the nicest flying and best looking freeware GA planes I've seen plus it's easy on the framerates...doesn't have those lusciously smooth Realair VC gauges but the VC is still very nice.
