Error 0xc0000005

Hi,When I want to start FS2004 i get this error "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click OK to terminate the application." One of the reason could be DEP service. But I turned it off and still the same.I have got FSX and its working properly. Please help me. I have got windows xp installed. All my drivers are up to date. My CPU is core2duo 6600, GPU GF8800gtx, sound card creative xfi fatal1ty, mobo evga 680i.Thank youDaniel

the link says: CAUSEThese error messages can occur if you incorrectly install the Creative Labs Sound Blaster drivers.jerrycwo4
