This from the plane's README:'To be able to use the VC version of our A340 you will need to download Pasquale Rinaldi's A340 panel from avsim: file name:340_fs9.zipInstall the panel then change the VCPANEL.CFG file in this folder to PANEL.CFG and back up the old one!';)

I think I must have accidentally deleted the ReadMe file - I can't see it in the zip file. Thanks for the lead.M.

I downloaded the panel, but there's no 'VCPanel.cfg' in it - nor in the original flightcraft a34-600 file. Does anyone have it? If so, I'd much appreciate someone copying the text here so I can create it.Thank you,Martin>This from the plane's README:>>'To be able to use the VC version of our A340 you will need to>download Pasquale Rinaldi's A340 panel from avsim: file>name:340_fs9.zip>>Install the panel then change the VCPANEL.CFG file in this>folder to PANEL.CFG and back up the old one!'>>;)

'Microlight' - where did you take that quote from? I have re-run the .exe file from "flightcraft-a340-600-basepack1.zip" and looked at the readme files, but can't find any reference to a VC at all. As I say, it'd be great if someone could post the VC panel.cfg here, or say exactly where I can download it, as I've spent quite some time looking for it now - in vain! Many thanks,Martin

Here's the panel.cfg text for the VC. I actually use the Ken Mitchell A340 panel as I prefer it to the Rinaldi, so my VC gauges are blank also. The file I quoted from is in the Flightcraft A340-600 panel folder, along with the VCPanel.cfg file, of which this is a copy, so it must have been installed when I put the plane in.// A340 Panel For Thanks very much! I think I must have a different panel too - but given that, as you can see from my screenshot, all the bmps are clearly in place there must be a vc in the mdl file. I'll try with the vcpanel.cfg. Let you know if it works or not! Otherwise, I must have gauges missing too....Martin :-)

I realise that this forum understands the square bracket as something else (what. I wonder?) - so everything that was in square brackets has been deleted in the panel.cfg text. It's possible to upload the file as a text and choose to embed it in the post, via the attachments option below. Maybe if you zipped the file? I should be able to download it then. Thanks again, M.
