FSAA in FS2004

Hello all,Just a quikkie. I run FS2004 at 1680x1050 x 32 on a Samsung Widescreen 20" monitor.Is Full Screen(Scene?) AA supposed to work with FS2004 in both Window and Full Screen mode?I ask because I carnt seem to get any changes from the proverbial "jaggies" I have ticked Antialiasing in the options in FS.I have a Radeon 9600Pro and have the enable hardware boost ticked and my full screen setting is set the same as my desktop.(1680x1050 x 32)Thankyou for any help Cheers Chris

You could try the AA setting for the graphics card, look atthe device manager, display - advanced - tab specific for youcard. If you turn this on, make sure you turn off the FS9 AA checkbox.RegardsTom

The AA on the graphics card effects the entire display, and everythingyou see on the display. The AA within FS9 setting tab is knownas application anti-alias, it is written as part of the software,so only effects FS9 in full screen (I understand) and nothing else. If both on you are wasting fps and might get odd effects.AA has an effect on fps, and sometimes the fs9 is better (hasless effect on fps) and sometimes the graphics card is better. The more powerful the graphics card the more likely the AA (and AF)set from the graphics card has less effect on fps - ie it has enoughpower to do this. In you case I hope it provides a resolution toyou jagy - I don't know why the FS9 application AA does not work.RegardsTom
