FS9 Spot View Problem

Recommended Posts

Something strange just started happening recently with my spot view. When I switch to spot view, at first, it is fine. While still on the ground, when I try to adjust the view with the CH Yoke hat switch, the view starts to shake kind of like an earthquake is happening. When I close the window and reopen, again it is fine until I try to adjust with the hat switch. Once in the air, when I go to spot view my plane no longer "floats" into still view within the center of the screen, it does a flyby and resists me trying to adjust the view. I went into the views adjustment window but couldn't find anything unusual. I can't recall doing anything to make the change. Any ideas?? Thanks. Tom

There are several programs that create the flyby mode in Spot view, and I assume you've installed one. Look at the bottom of the view menu, or in any extra menu items in the main menu bar. I think Active Camera can do this, for example.Hope this helps,--Tom GibsonCal Classic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.comFreeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.comDrop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___

Go to menu/views/view options and under spot view make sure gradual transition is not checked.
