Sids and Stars with Routefinder?

Recommended Posts

Guest macman4

Seems to me when I used to use the free Routefinder, it would also give the name of the Sids and Stars in the flightplan. I don't get these anymore. Is that normal for the free version. I'll post my flightplan from KMCO to KDTW. Routefinder has never given me the actual sid/star names, but it always plans a flight that intercepts a point along one. Whenever I plan a flight, the last point before the destination is part of a star, and the first before arrival is the end of a sid... etc. You just have to do a quick search of the sids and stars to find out which one you should be flying.

Reggie, when you put a flightplan in does it give you the names of the sids and stars. I think the reason that I stoped using Routefinder, 1 year or so ago, is because it stopped giving me the names of the sids and stars. I'm 99.9 % sure it used to give sids and stars
