I purchased this on Sat 11PM EST 6/2/07 and after 1 trouble Ticket with Sim Market,forum post at their site,8 e-mails,a PM to Davide,and 6 attemps to register using their automated utility "manager and setup" I still cannot get the enable key I paid for.I should learn that the only way to make a solid purchase is with companies like Flight1 or PMDG which I must say know how to keep their business model in check.I am so frustrated when things like this go wrong and I am posting this as a "buyer beware" ...... I will let all of u know if and when this gets resolved.Andyx(

Sorry to hear but I've had the opposite experience with Leonardo SH. I also had a bit of an issue with the email I first used to register and after a PM to Davide he changed my email to another one and I had my key after 15 minutes. I know it doesn't help with your situation, but I find their support (and also their product) simply excellent.

I'm sorry you're having trouble. I've seen a few post about this product being purchased at SimMarket. I purchased mine through PayPal and it has worked very well, even for the patch. The key generation system has been automated in fact.I don't think Leonardo's team is very big, so it's difficult for them to respond very quickly to each problem. I think they do a very good job answering questions and requests. Perhaps you're e-mail is blocking their registration (e.g., spam filter)?Trust me when I say the Maddog2006 is an excellent add-on and in many ways better than PMDG or other top quality offerings. I really think people should just buy it through PayPal instead.

Thanks for your comments I just received the key From Davide. I did not mean to bring their efforts down but I was burned once by FT/Wilco and I am weary at times.I own so much 3rd party software and I for the life of me dont understand why these developers dont use F1 or emulate their model.Andy;)

I will join the chorus on the pro side. My experience with this plane has been excellent - and the responses in their forum are probably the most timely of any of the vendors our there. I hope your issues are resolved quickly. It is a terrfic product and the team that built it really have set a very high bar in my opinion for responsiveness.
