Airport designer programs?

Does anyone know of a Good easy to use freeware scenery designer that allows me to design an Airport & scenery Im currently TRYING to use Flight Simulator Scenery designer although it appears to be ok I cant get FS to see the Airport Im creating even following the tutorial I still cant get FS to see it, if you know of a better one Id be very grateful, also is there any road and runway textures available for RWY12, I know I can get them for EZ scenery but again Im having trouble using that program (cant find certain files !!!)

"EZ scenery but again Im having trouble using that program"I hate to be the one to tell you but if you're 'having trouble' using EZ-Scenery, it's time to fold the tents. :-)I'm hearing good reports about Instant Scenery but it's NOT free ($25).
