It never fails, the minute you want to go to a support forum and search for help, the forums appear to be down. I hope this is just a temp thing and nothing major!!Rick

Yeah, their forum reliability is indeed horrible...seems like I find them down probably 4-5 times a week these days. It's been going on for quite a while, too. It's especially aggravating when they go down while the developers are on vacation right after a major release.OTOH, after Wilco/FeelThere's Citation X release, I'm not so sure it matters anymore...they've moved away from providing support through a forum to only handling issues (the ones they choose not to ignore, that is) via Wilco's hideous support system. altstiff:i know the registration process works as new forum users are posting each hour.if you do not receive the confirmation email try these in order -1) after a few hours of reg., and no confirmation email, try FT support forum login with id and password you created (yes, even though you didn't receive the confirmation email).2) send an email to support{at}feelthere.com with the following information:*your product's serial number*your registered username*your estimated date of registration3) send me a private message.--
