How Do I fix a Zipfile problem?

When I try to read the "read-me.txt" and double click on the file, I get a download window with the following text Name:Zipshow.php Type:Home Publishing Print Project "Open", "Save", "Close"If I click on "Open", the Home Publishing program opens, and I get an error message it can't open file. If I open a Winzip file, and double click the "read-me.txt" file, it opens to a normal "Note-pad" test file. I remember a few instances in the past where the user was able to fix this problem. For some reason, the solution won't come to mind. Try using a different browser and see if that helps.
