Hi all.. Recently discovered a problem that occurs on all default fs9 airports around dusk/dawn. Roughly every ten-fifteen seconds, all taxiways, aprons, runways and in some cases buildings gets very dark at times, lasting about a second. then it goes back to its current lighting.. I
