"Anyone else have this problem ?"What problem? Be thankful you've finally found a "methodolgy" that results in consistant and excellent frame rates..........whatever works. Anti-virus program doing full scan on cold boot and not doing full scan on restart ?Disk fragmentation program doing full defragon cold boot, not doing defrag on restart ?
