A new overlay depicts ALL aircraft, live, worldwide. Each icon contains Dep/arrival points, alt and speed. You can choose between, civilian, mil or rotors. I cross referanced it with Flightaware.com and they matched it perfectly. A must have.http://www.svens.dds.nl/kml/index.htmlCHOOSE "Realtime"Dave F.

ho-ly-crap.I've used flightaware for ages now, but this is pretty wild and brings flight tracking to a much broader range of people, those who wouldn't normally use flightaware.

Try tilting the image and you can see the altitude or where the flight began to desend.Dave

Seems to be timing out or something a lot for me. I don't use GE that much so I'm not sure what the errors mean, but it's unable to communicate with the server after a minute or so.

OK I'll bite, I don't get it...don't you need to purchase some flight tracking software?

Hi,No, it does the same thing Flightaware does, but in Goggle Earth.Flightaware is free, Goggle Earth is free, this module is also free. Please note, none of these alone will add anything to your FS experience. For that you may or may not need to purchase software to connect FS and Goggle Earth. I use freeware called MyFSGoggleEarth!Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-community-sigbanner.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/

When you click the link it should install into your temp file in GE, then GE should startup. Just make sure the "3D Aircraft" box is checked.Dave F.

Also willing to bet that in the same timeframe, we'll be starting to see actual google earth style satellite imagery for ground scenery. For those having trouble, I just downloaded the file to my desktop and doubleclicked it. That brought up google earth, then I went into my temp places folder in google earth and just checked the box (can't remember what the box is called but for me it was the only one there, and it was obviously the flight tracking tool).
