Are you sure you are associating the correct callsigns as defined in your voicepack and airlines.cfg with the aircraft.cfg files of your aircraft and AI aircraft?

jetset will be in v5, for what it's worth. i'd be most interested in all of the call signs you need, so they will be in v5.
