Crackling Sound there is no solution so far.

I have found so far that it has to do with the (Panel cfg) files. When I remove the whole panel file the sound is pure and free of all crackles. I have tried to remove one at a time gauges and I still can not find the problems. I can tell you this that it is not your computer hardware that is not the problems as I also tried it on my friends computer AMD 64 bit 2.4 ghz toledo dual core with the MSI Diamond mother board and all up to date drivers a $5000.00 system with dual SLI video cards and it sucks for the crackle is still there and just as anoying as my rig. I has something to do with the Fs9 sound.dll's they are designed crappy.
