Wilco Airbus VOL1 problems!!!

Hi.Does anybody know how to solve the problems with managed or selected speed.The problem is that I cannot slow down the aircraft neither in selected or managed mode.To be more precise, I'm in approach and approach phase is activated I see the speed target value on PFD for example 140kt but aircraft is catching selected speed to slowly. And speed brake have 0% effectiveness.What to change in air file or cfg file to solve the problem?The aircraft behaves as drag no exist.Thanks in advanceEdin
