Yes I must support Radar Contact.I have had many re-registration keys sent when reformatting etc.Yes you have to follow the instructions carefully or you will not receive a key.But they are far from a "rip-off" outfit.They produce great software, and provide excellent support !!! They are highly respected so if anyone reads this post and is put off trying RC as a result - don't be !
