Good afcad for KSEA

Greetings All and Happy New year,Anyone suggest a good afcad for flytampa's KSEA, the one I'm using is making the lights from UT float above the ground levelBestAndrew

The lights from UT are supposed to float above ground, think street light hight, because that's what they are. Changing Afcads will not make a difference.
