PAPI lighting not working in Australia

On my FS9 the PAPI lights don't work on all Australian airports but everywhere else they do. does anyone else have that same problem and knows if it is fixable?? thanks

Do you have VOZ installed? Maybe a conflict?

Netgear 1Gbps modem & router, (3) 27" 1440 wrap-around displays
Full array of Saitek and GoFlight hardware for the cockpit

i have no addon scenery installed so that can't be the problem. but thanks for your help
