White square blocks

What causes these.I get them when I change views ,it last for a second then goes back to normal. I have just re installed FS9 again, and I've never had this problem before. It there a setting in the FS9 cfg file I could change to help.

Try raising your TEXTURE_BANDWIDTH_MULT=? . Mine is set to 600. I just tried 20 and got the same squares.
