ISD Project .... Airport lighting question......

Good Day,Does anyone know if it is possible to tone down the daytime lighting of the airports in the outstanding ISD Project freeware series. The lighting is also a little too bright at night but not as noticeable. I have looked in the fs9.cfg and at the individual bgl and bmp files but can find no solution. These will remain some of my favorite airports regardless, but sure would like to tone things down a little. See attachded screen shots of LIMC. Any help appreciated.I found I could delete the halo.bmp from the main textures folder for day operations but wonder if there is a better solution.My thanks to ISD Project for some truly outstanding work....
