Well I guess I have to post it in here since feelthere shut down there forums. If their FBW is modelled so well why is it that when I am 4000AGL and I pitch for about 12 degrees and I have the TRK/FPA selected and it shows my trajectory as being about 5 degrees, why does the aircraft want to keep pitching up and also the FPA increases to the point of sending the plane into AFloor. THis starts off from a speed of about 200 knots. I use the Saitek yoke which is PERFECT for calibration. You really dont even need null zones for this yoke it is that accurate. But I have the null zones set in FSUIPC to -512 to +512. What is the problem with this modelling?

>Well I guess I have to post it in here >since feelthere shut down there forums.this isn't true. post your questions about how to fly any feelthere designed aircraft in this forum -http://www.iemit.com/forum/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=27>If their FBW is modelled so well why is >it that when I am 4000AGL ... (etc.)what thrust setting set by throttle gate?also, if there is any noise from the saitek that says the stick isn't centered the FBW system will lock-out. as a result it will not re-trim to hold g-load.again, post your questions about how to fly any feelthere designed aircraft in this forum -http://www.iemit.com/forum/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=27--

Thx for the response and will go post there. But to answer you question I was using CL power. And the saitek is amazing. I centres EVERY time with no spikes. If you look at the fsuipc and pull the yoke full back it will read about 13000 or so. let it go and it goes right back to 000 EVERY time. not 001 not -001. 000! I love this yoke. VERY precise. It just seems no one can master this FBW. I know it can be difficult but PMDG seemed to do a heck of a job on the 737 which is 5 years old now. I pull that up to 18.25 degrees of pitch. I let go of the yoke and it holds 18.25 degrees every time. Mind you this is on CWS but the point is they mastered the pitch hold part of things. But maybe it is just e and I am doing something wrong!

Without wishing to start yet another Wilco/Feelthere bashing thread I do note that the forum you refer to has a rather uninviting sticky including "This is NOT a technical support forum and please don't expect answers from feelThere members. Please do not use it for technical support or non airplane specific questions". However quite often the distinction between so called technical support and how to fly issues becomes blurred hence the reason why posts relating to the Wilco A320/330 keep appearing on this forum - folk feel they have no where else to go.Bruceb
