This reminds me of an amusing exchange I had with a Dutch train conductor as I crossed the border from Germany into Amsterdam. When he saw my railpass it had my country of origin on it (New Zealand). He then exclaimed "Ahhh, I see you're from New Zealand! Lovely country. I'm from OLD Zealand! Enjoy your stay."The Dutch sense of humour suits me quite nicely!
