Multimonitors-Adding a 3rd

I am currently running 2 monitors off of my TI4600. I would like to add a third monitor. I may purchase a 17" NEC off of eBay this week, but what video card do I need to add for it? All I need the third monitor to do is display the overhead panel from the DF737. I looked at several low-end cards today. Do I need any onboard memory? Any 3D support? Any suggestions at all? The answer to your question depends on what board you have and what PCI card you plan to use. My last box had a P3BF in it. I originally had an early (single port) Radeon in it. I used a Diamond Stealth 64 for the #2 and for me to get the 2nd monitor to work I had to set the PCI card as primary in the bios. Then upon booting, W2K would recognize the AGP card and I'd be in business. Reason being that the DS64 card driver didn't know anything about multi-monitors and wouldn't initialize after the AGP had already taken control.Now, my P4B266 with ATI 7500 supports two monitors on the AGP card. The third monitor is run off of a PCI Radeon 128. I can now set the AGP as primary.I use both the #2 on the 7500 and the #3 off the Radeon 128 as monitor panels on 17" Princeton (read cheap) monitors that are below my 19" primary. Those two are only used for 2D panels. I have a client PC driving an old 14" for left front view + RC3 + wxRe. It's about time to upgrade and when I do I'll get two more 19's for a total of six: two panels, three forward, + aux for utilities. Good luck!

Any recommendations on what I should get as the 2nd vid card? How much onboard memory?
