Add-on software with better clouds/weather?

I understand there's software out there that improves the appearance of weather in FS2004 and makes it almost photo-realistic. I can't keyword it because I don't know the name.If you know the product and believe those fancy visuals kill frame rates by all means let me know...

Flight Environment from Flight 1 is excellent. Besides clouds, it includes water effects, too. One can even choose DXT3 clouds to reduce FPS hits. It's the best I've found.Bob
