Can't access file library

Hi, how do I access the Files download library?I can get into this chat forum okay but the library keeps asking for a new registration,and each time i try, it tells me stuff like 'username or mail address already in use' etc, and won't register me.I think I was registered here a few years ago under a different name and mail address, but even when I try registering using them, I still can't get in..
