Setting available without launching FS9

Hello, after getting access to the FS9 lessons/help menu without having to launch FS9, is it possible to get to the Settings menu in a similar manner?Thanks

The Settings interface you see when FS2004 is running is not accesible outside of the sim.

Technically the answer is yes - they are virtually all in the fs9.cfg file, which you can edit with Notepad while FS is not running. Thanks Tom. As you say, the settings page is much easier and I'm unlikely to mess it up!
