CLS-747-200 = RFP 747-200

I was always very impressed with the RFP-747-200. It not only accurately simulated the classic 747, but, in terms of the history of PC flight simulation, the RFP 747 will go down as a classic in its own right. After purchasing it back in 2004 and spending all of that time reading and studying the manual (it was big 300 plus pages if I remember right), I had a much deeper appreciation for heavies and PC flight simulation in general.I was pretty excited to see the ad for the CLS 747-200/300. How does it compare, in terms of systems and accuracy, when compared to the classic RFP 747? RH

Thats a pretty accurate description. I personally really like the CLS bird because I travel so much i dont have time for all the systems stuff. I prefer navigating and enjoying the sim visually. (hence frequent VFR light aircraft flyer.)I have merged the CLS panel into POSKY B742 and B743 however and thats fun. POSKY has so many paints and models. Im mainly waiting for the CLS 742 Freighter. That will be great if they EVER finish it! :-)Eric

CLS is absolutly not like RFP.It looks wonderfull, but if you want to fly a 742 then go for the now free RFP. Thank's guys. That does answer my question. As a long time RFP fan, I won't be purchasing the CLS version.RH
