Why would you want to delete the stock ILS and the markers? Even if a utility like AFCAD or AFX allowed the ILS and Markers to be removed FS will revert back to the ILS and Markers in the default protected AP9 bgl file. MS makes this almost impossible to do by design and not by error. If you move a runway or change the runway heading that has stock Approach data as seen with the GPS receiver you destroy the proper approach code. The only approved method if you move or change the runway heading is to move the ILS and add new markers (default markers will not move) which FS honors. Now you have to rewrite all the XML approach data /Terminal Waypoint positions lat/Lon for that runway so the GPS Line Draw both pre and post.dll will align properly. The User Plane uses some of the Approach data and the AI Planes use some of the approach data. When you change runway data that has associated approach code with Utilities like AFCAD and AFX you are creating more problems that surface else where if you do not follow the rules of the SDK. FS by design allows us to see the visual change of the runway but you must also address the Non-Visual scenery that so many designer's destroy both in payware and freeware upgrade airport scenery's.The only runways that can be moved, heading change, renumbered, etc. without creating additional problems are those that have no approach code such as ILS, LDA, Localizer, Backcourse, GPS, RNAV, VORDME, NDB, etc. In other words a runway that sits out in the middle of nowhere and in most cases the airport is not developed fully.I have several on going post about how to write approach code if you renumber a runway, move a runway, write new approach code for an existing runway, etc. in the following linkshttp://www.fsdeveloper.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10944http://www.fsdeveloper.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11046http://www.fsdeveloper.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8722
