Recommended Posts

Guest aldrei.zanette

Hi guys.I downloaded the new Bangkok airport(VTBS) for FS2004.But when I try to fly out of it, for some reason I don't see the VTBS code on FS9.The scenery is installed but I don't see the option to select the airport from the drop down list where you select the airport to fly out of.Help is kindly appreciated.Regards,AZ

Hi Mike.I've installed the scenery with it AFCAD and everything. If I go to flight plan or go to an airport and type VTBS in doesn't show in the dropdown list of airports, VTDB is there but VTBS is not, therefore I am not able to load the scenery for that airport.Regards,AZ

The author may have changed a name etc. so it does show up where you are expecting it to be.Also give us the exact file name and where you downloaded it so one of us can see if we can duplicate your problem.

If the scenery is not there, it's not properly installed. If it is, I suspect there may not be an Afcad or a problem with that file. It is the Afcad that controls airport selection, especially when an airport does not exist by default.

New and in new to the sim, as in not there by default. Not new as in new version. IMHO.
