Question on FS2004...

Iv'e seen the features list for this upcoming version and it includes mention of the ability to request Procedure Approaches, etc. Is this the same as having the ability to fly SIDS and STARS?

If it doesnt tell you on microsofts website how would we know? we are just the same as you.

My good man Shane,If you don't know whether a procedure approach is the same as a STAR then you are indeed the same as me. Perhaps there is someone out there (a real pilot perhaps) who knows this, why don't we wait for them to clarify??

I think that you're referring to Full-Procedure approaches. Those are not STAR's but rather you tell ATC you want to fly the full approach, rather than getting vectors to the final approach course. To be honest this is the feature I'm looking forward to most. :-)
