Iraqi Airways FFX 727-200 or 732?

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone-Perhaps considering the timing, this request might be mistaken for a political thing, which is not the case. I've always thought this to be a wonderful livery, which hasn't been done since FS2000. Just throwing this out for consideration: Would someone be interested in cobbling this one together for the new FFX planes or perhaps the DF 727 whenever it's released? Perhaps when this is all said and done we'll be seeing this airline in the international skies again. Thanks!

**GASP!!** :-jumpy Wow! And here I thought I'd posted to the Great Void! :-lol Any chance when/if it's completed, that you might drop me a wee email with that lovely bit of artistry as an attachment, sir? (If you don't intend to upload it, of course). I'd be most grateful. With thanks and kindest Regards,John W.

Thank you for kind comments :D I'll make two set of textures, one with ALPHA (shiny) and one set without. I like it without too much shine as the model is excellent without alpha. Here is the other side of the plane:http://home.chello.no/%7Ehenry/flight/300/mig4.jpgv/rHenry

You have done a great job in capturing this livery. It has been one of my favorites for many years. Any plans to do more? 747-200 or DC-10 would be great. Thanks for all your efforts. I appreciate it.Jack

Great paint scheme you've done, Henry!I just took her on a 1978 flight Copenhagen-Athens-Baghdad.(Pictured here leaving LGAT and over Syria.)http://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3e86412d09c6c91b.jpghttp://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3e86408d08a46bbe.jpgBut I noticed one little error: The registration should be YI-AGK, not TI-AGK.Martin767 fetishistIt's a lot like life and that's what's appealing
