I was at Staples in the software section a couple of weeks ago and I came upon an FS2000 box (yes, 2000) for something like $19.99. I guess it was for the sake of nostalgia or something, but I turned the box over and scanned the back of it. Oh the memor..what..wait a second..I recognized one of the pictures -distinctly- as being from FS2002. And I looked at it even closer-yes it was the Bell 206 from FS2002, with the paint job from 2002, the sky from 2002, the terrain from 2002, and even autogen. I am curious why Microsoft would do such a thing if it was in fact on purpose, but it made me chuckle, nonetheless.

In Circuit City, I saw a box having both FS98 and CFS1 in it. I'm not sure how much it was, but I can't imagine why anyone would get FS98 CFS1 or even FS2K now.

FS98 or CFS: System might not be powerful enough to run later versions.CFS: I have read complaints about CFS 3 disrupting FS 2002 multiplayer capability. Also, CFS is WW2 Europe (CFS 2 is WW2 Pacific). Buyer might want to fly in European Theater.FS 2000: Might want to try civilian flight simulation without the higher cost of FS 2002.
