Couple of probelms

I am having a couple of little problems, chances are it is something I am doing wrong.Pushback to the right: Once the engines have stablized I then click DISC to tell ground that they can disconnect, I then switch the Engine mode switch to Normal and turn of the APU, the problem I have is this, the FO is supposed to tell me pins away on the right, but after 5 mins he has said nothing, except to ask if I want the Apu on or off, I then carry on with the after start checklist, perform the controls check and then when ready to taxi click CLEAR, I then turn the taxi light on and start taxing and I then hear the FO say pins away on the right side. The rest of the flight goes well until I get to the gate, once I get to the gate I apply parking brake, shut down engines, turn beacon and seat belt off, I then get a call for the engineer now if I answer the engineer he asks if the plane is ok and I tell him it is, and read back the fuel, he tell me the chocks are in. I then do the parking checklist and in the checklist I then tell the FO that the chocks are not in yet , so the next flight I did it the other way around, did the parking checklist first, and then answered the engineer, but when it come to reading the fuel it is not read. I also have a question about the FS2Crew for the A330/340, thought I would put it with this to save space and another post. Will the FS2Crew A320 I brought last weekend be updated for use with the A330/340, or will I have to buy the special edition ?Thanks for another great product, this is my third FS2Crew and they just keep getting better. Hello Russel:Glad to hear you're liking FS2Crew :-)Pin's away on the right side: It only plays if the tail is set to 'right' for pushback (I hope I got that straight :-) , the logic being that you can't see the ground crew if they're on the right side of the plane since you're theoretically in the left seat.Chocks: You need to release the parking brake. If the parking brake is set to off, it's assumed the chocks are in. If you've leave the parking brake 'on' by the time you've got to the checklist, it's assumed the chocks are not in.There are no actual 'chocks' per se in Flight Sim, so sometimes we have to do things "creatively."Fuel reading: I'll check it.The Special Edition: Stay tuned.Cheers,Bryan

Hi BryanI am pushing to the right, that why I am waitng for the FO to tell me the ground crew is out of the way, which he does not do until I start taxiing.Chocks: I have not been releasing the parking brake after the engineer has put the chocks in :-roll Will be flying later so will give it a try. Will be pushing to the right again, so will see what happens.I will stayed tuned for info about the special edition.Russell

Hi BryanHave just finished two flights using FS2Crew and still have a problem when pushing to the right. Here is what happens: Call ground then set pushback direction and distance, then click contact. Release brakes when asked, then start engine 2 when cleared to start engines. Once engine 2 has stabilized, I then start engine 1, apply parking brake when asked and then when the engines have stabilized for a few seconds FO says pins a way on the right side before I even click DISC :-hmmm. The reason I have proberly not heard it before is I use Radar Contact and normally someone is asking for clearance or Taxi clearance, as I am pushing back, this time I did not use Radar Contact untill I was ready to taxi so everything was quite. The same thing happened on the second flight. This reminds me of a problem a few of us had with the LDS 763 FS2Crew and if I remember correctly this only happend in the UK, could this be the similar sort of problem ?RussellP.S no longer have the chock problem, released the parking brake after speaking to the engineer, and now I tell the FO the chocks are in :-cool
