Help - Proxyuser.ini file settings

I am running FS9 on a P4 3.2Gig 'puter.When I run the below configuration file , it takes some 25 minutes to load. After that, all I get is a black land area with the FS9 buildings superimposed. I would be most appreciative if someone in the forum could take a look at the file - or even email me a working config file for FS9. Never mind - I have a working configuration now..... loads veeery slowly...
