ariane support please

Hello,I have the new US airways 737-400 but I can't see any engine smoke effect, any idea ?another thing, I couldn't find the ariane support e-mail, do you have it ?Thanks,Ulisses

Hi Ulisses,Arianes support email address is arianestudios@aol.comI noticed that Ariane has the smoke system available set to false in their .air file. If you use a program like AirEd (available from Simviation.com) you can open up the .air file and set the smoke system available value to true.Regards,Van LatendresseYeoDesigns Panel/FDE Designer

Make sure you put the effects files that come with the plane in the main effects folder of FS2002. You might try re-unzipping your plane to a temporary folder. Then look in there for the effects folder. You should find the files.Lee
