Ai Smooth

Recommended Posts

Hi AllI use Traffic 2005 within FS2004 and it would seem the AI Smooth doesn't work. I get aircraft zooming past me on finals and get told by atc to go around. I do have normal parameters of seperation in place so cant think where I'm going wrong. Any thoughts would be appreciated.RegardsRooster

I am having the same issue. I have myTraffic 2006 v.4.1 which came free with myTraffic X and I have to say that I turned down the traffic from 100% to 50% and the skies are still full! I really like the diversity of the 150+ aircraft (many more than came with MTX).But on approach, almost every time, a plane is ahead of me on final or like you said zooms past me and the tower clears them after it clears me. I go to 8X time-compression for a second to get rid of him/her so I can land. There is some problem in the way MT2006 interfaces with ATC because not even the legitimate go arounds work properly. Once I was right on a Cessna's tail at <500' and the tower didn't even tell me to go around. I declared a missed approach on my own. I wonder if anyone using Radar Contact has this issue with MTX?Dolph
