Hello Cliff,Have you ever walked towards the cockpit in cruise flight as a passenger? If you have you should have noticed that it is slightly harder to walk that way than the towards the tail. The same goes for the food trolley, note that when they stop to serve the stewardess/steward locks the brakes.As for your second question, I can't answer your question but in Boeing aircraft deleting the airports will do it, give it a try.

Clearing the MCDU in the MD11 works the same as the Boeings... just enter a new origin/destination string (or reenter the same string) on the INIT page and it resets.If you are inside the cabin, and have no visual reference to the horizon outside, you will not see a gentle slope in the cabin floor.
