Anybody ever have trouble with AlphaSim and ordering???

I ordered the AlphaSim C-130 Package last night and have still not received my password.I sent them an email this morning and didn't receive a response from them either. Funny thing is that they updated thier website today so I know somebody was there, lol.I know they had a problem with people giving out their passwords and I hope that issue was resolved.So basically I was just wondering if anybody has ever had trouble getting their password from them before?? I never have in the past but this has taken MUCH longer then ever before.Thanks!!

Well, it has been the "24 hours" and I haven't received my C-130 and I have been charged.This is just great :(

Well 48h ours has come and gone and still NO password.Now I'm getting ROYALY PO'D.
