Email Keeps Getting Rejected

Hello, I cant seem to get my reg request email to you. Anything I try to send gets rejected as spam. This has happened on various email servers that I use. My email is harold.darner@us.army.mil please send me something so I can reinstall RC 4.3 thanks.Harold Darner
